This is the Big One! This co−op will sponsor up to five national talk shows with 60−second personally read ads, plus provided we reach full enrollment to this co−op, we will sponsor televised "local traffic reports" in 60 major US cities with 10−second Instant Response TV ads if we have a full subscription to this co-op..

This cooperative is timed to coincide with the introduction of DubLi’s exciting Entertainment Package which will be fully available in the fourth quarter. For the first time our advertising campaigns will focus on the Entertainment Package and not directly on DubLi.com.

The new DubLi Entertainment Package is expected to be offered in modules, music, movies, e−books, and audio books. Each will be priced separately and/or available as a package estimated to cost in the area of 30 Credits per month. This means that every customer that subscribes to this offer will buy YOUR CREDITS every month. We expect the combination of a very competitive and desirable product that is purchased with Credits and the power of our advertising message will produce exceptional results.

This campaign will employ a number of syndicated radio talk hosts such as Mike Gallagher. During November and December of 2009 Mike Gallagher created 11,140 registered DubLi customers. Although only a small percentage purchased anything (because we didn’t offer market competitive impulse products at the time) this new campaign will offer a highly desirable product − any movie, any song, any book, at any time for only a few dollars per month.

Our ads will be heard by millions of radio listeners and TV viewers every day, an audience many times larger than our fall 2009 campaign. Advertising will start on August 15th and continue through December 24th. The final schedule will be posted as contracts are signed with the networks. We plan to book Mike Gallagher again plus 3−4 other talk show hosts, each having audiences in the millions of daytime listeners. The TV portion will be contracted for in late July and start running in late September.

This is a great opportunity for foreign BA’s to gain a foothold in the American consumer market. Only a limited number of positions are available for this campaign. Each BA may purchase one or more positions in the rotation if they are available. The final rotation list will be managed by Lariat Software (developers of Cinch), and new customers will be assigned to each BA in sequential rotation such that each BA will share equally in the assignment of customers. Lariat has managed all previous co−op rotation lists.

Management at DubLi wants to be sure that all of our Business Associates are aware the company does not sponsor, participate in nor endorse any advertising Co−Ops or Leads Programs. Our business has been built on personal referrals, because of the relationships people have with each other. We believe it is the best way to build a business.

We do not, however, restrict Business Associates from engaging in any legal and ethical practice they feel will lead to their success. We suggest a Business Associate clearly understand how a given advertising Co−op will function and get a realistic understanding of the results before spending any money. In regards to Lead Programs, one should ask for information to give them an idea of active results they can expect including a time frame.

The company does not promote the practice of accepting "leads", "selling leads" or "buying leads" and any Business Associate should take careful consideration when approached to do so. Also understand if there are any questions or concerns regarding a Co−op or a Leads Program address them to the group not to DubLi support as we have no information to assist you.

The Unwired Network package includes a minimum of four 10−second Sponsorship television spots week days on 60 TV stations located in markets large (New York & Los Angeles, etc) and small (Richmond & Ft. Meyers, etc). A minimum of 80 ads per month will be shown in 60 major metropolitan cities (total 4,800 10−second ads).

DubLiWelcome.com would also receive (in rotation with other Unwired Network sponsors) any "unsold inventory" on these same TV stations free of charge.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription to this or any other radio co−op campaign prior to the start of the campaign and receive a full refund. To cancel your subscription call us at 831−423−3333.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The DubLi Radio Co−op is a best−effort campaign to secure quality registrations and customers. Participants acknowledge that there is no guarantee of, or limitation on, the quantity of customers created for each participant. New customers are rotated on an equal basis such that each participant receives approximately the same number of registered customers over the life of this campaign. There is no guarantee that a registered customer will purchase any credits.
